Cancellation Policy

At Ethniq, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order for a product any time before it is shipped by Ethniq. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Cancellations by Ethniq
  1. In certain circumstances, Ethniq or its partners may be unable to process or fulfill an order. As a result, some orders may be subject to cancellation. Common reasons for such cancellations include, but are not limited to:
    • Product unavailability or insufficient stock;
    • Errors or discrepancies in pricing or product information provided by our partners;
    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  2. Ethniq also reserves the right to cancel any order deemed to be a "Bulk Order" based on internal evaluation. Criteria that may classify an order as a bulk order include (but are not limited to):
    1. Orders placed for resale or commercial distribution rather than personal use;
    2. Multiple orders of the same product delivered to a single address;
    3. Excessively large quantity of a single product;
    4. Invalid or unverifiable shipping address;
    5. Use of fraudulent methods or suspicious activity during order placement.
  3. No cancellation fees will be charged for any cancellations that fall within the scope of this policy.

Please note: For purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, or 1mg, the respective platform’s cancellation policies will apply. Customers are advised to initiate the cancellation directly through those platforms.
