Ethniq accepts returns and exchanges only under the following conditions: Damaged, Leaking, or Tampered Products:
- Products delivered with visible physical damage, leaking, tampered, broken, or compromised packaging.
- Incorrect or Expired Products: Products that do not match the description on the website or products delivered past their expiration date.
- Incomplete Deliveries: Missing products from your order.
- You must notify Ethniq in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the product.
- The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition (including packaging, labels, etc.).
- Once your request is received, Ethniq will arrange for product pickup through our logistics partner at no additional cost to you.
- The returned product will undergo an inspection to verify its condition.
- If the product meets the criteria for return or exchange (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete), we will process your request as follows:
- For exchanges: A replacement product will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days.
- For returns: You will receive a refund as per the Refund Policy.
- If the product does not meet the criteria (e.g., used, altered, or missing original packaging), the item will be returned to your shipping address, and the cost of reshipment will be borne by you.
- If the product meets the criteria for return or exchange (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete), we will process your request as follows:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- The original packaging (including cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return or exchange request is submitted more than 10 days after the date of delivery.
- The damaged or missing product is reported more than 10 days from the delivery date.
- The reason for the return or exchange is not related to a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- A valid return/exchange request has been submitted in accordance with Ethniq’s policies, and either:
- A replacement is not possible, or
- You choose not to receive a replacement.
- A cancellation has been initiated by either you or Ethniq as per the Cancellation Policy.
- A refund request is approved under special circumstances at Ethniq’s discretion.
- A valid return/exchange request has been submitted in accordance with Ethniq’s policies, and either:
- Details regarding the refund status and mode will be communicated to your registered email address. Ethniq retains full discretion over approving or rejecting refund requests and will do so only in exceptional circumstances. These decisions will be final and not open to challenge.
- Online Payment Refunds
- If your original payment was made using an online method (credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallets), the amount will be refunded to the corresponding account or wallet.
- Refunds for eligible returns/cancellations will be processed within five (5) business days.
- For refund requests under special circumstances, refunds will be processed within forty-five (45) business days.
- For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed by Ethniq after verifying the return eligibility as per our return/exchange policy. If the return is approved, the customer will be required to provide their bank account details, and the refund amount will be credited directly to their account.
- Refunds for standard return or cancellation requests will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds under special circumstances may take up to forty-five (45) business days.
Please note: For purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, or 1mg, the respective platform’s return and refund policies will apply. Customers are advised to initiate the return or refund process directly through those platforms.
Ethniq takes every possible measure to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing on its website. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, Ethniq reserves the right to either contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and inform you accordingly. If a payment has already been made, a refund will be issued as deemed appropriate by Ethniq.
